Information you give us

When you fill in a quote request, a contact form or a newsletter signup on this site, we collect only what the form asks for. Depending on the form, that may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The service you are asking about, and the property address or town if you choose to give it
• Anything you write in the message field

We use this information for one purpose: to answer you, quote the work, schedule it and follow up about it. If you sign up for our newsletter, we also use your email address to send occasional tree-care tips and seasonal reminders, and you can unsubscribe from any of them.

Form submissions are emailed to us and are also stored in this website’s database so that an enquiry is never lost.

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we have an active or recent working relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for warranty questions, insurance requirements and our tax and accounting obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices and your rights

Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to:
